It's annoying when they take a long time, I also just hit ready and than play around with my outfit since I know someone will take all day to pick theirs. Whats weird is when some people think your required to wear certain outfits. I put on the chemist outfit and someone asked if we needed to wear that and than everyone wore it. I just put it on cause I hadn't used it yet. Though heists do go better in matching outfits.

Rockstar needs to add the ability to add a new member if someone decides to quit. I can't even finish one heist. You wait 10 minutes for just 4 people, and then someone quits within the first minute because they died.

Don't select that and force me to sift through all the gayest criminal ever fashion wear, and I'll either take my sweet time, or leave. Get your sh*t together and get with player saved outfits. Nobody wants to wear your choice of crap. Things will go so much easier.

I always have it set to player saved outfits when I host, most of the rands that join up don't even have saved outfits and end up stuck with whatever sh*t they were wearing

Mostly ppl who play as a female avatar take for ages to get ready selecting clothes.

 

 

Anyway, i always dislike it when a bunch of farts use anything other then the armour suits during heists, and then die because they get shot. Hell the armour suits make you a walking tank and yet they chose to go as a yoloswag pothead in a dress, getting killed while they're at it.

Yeah, when getting ready for the final raid on Humane Labs, I discovered the heavy armor outfit and it saved my ass. I was able to walk through there, blasting bad guys with impunity, almost like in SP with the juggernaut outfits.

 

Actually I have not noticed the girls taking any longer. They guys take plenty long enough. I agree with the OP in general that after waiting through about 10 minutes of dropped matchmaking and other sh*t, finally getting to the heist with a full team, and then some assholes taking literally 2 to 3 minutes to chose a f*cking mask, is maddening.

 

Also, this thread just goes to show that most forum members specifically click on and respond to threads where they can be snarky contrarian assholes. I have never seen so many people in one place, defending dress-up and claiming to give a sh*t about what they wear on a job. The lot of you are a bunch of girly homos, indeed

As has been said about 100 times, choosing player saved outfits will greatly reduce the time spent picking an outfit. I pick pretty quickly anyway, as there's only about two types of outfits in the default clothing that I'm willing to wear. But it takes me that much longer to cycle through the garbage and pick what I want. Don't like it? You're welcome to backing out and trying to fill your lobby again

I started to set the outfits to the player outfit option after a while. One good thing is that i can use my tuxedo with top hat outfit instead of the options Rockstar provided.
