I usually say "Its not a fashion show, lets get on with it"...or if Im annoyed "Its not a fashion show you girly homos, lets go!". The later works more efficiently on teenage boys. The last thing a teenage boy wants to be is a "homo".

i like it when the host decides. it introduces an element of comedy into proceedings.

 

but humour is obv something missing from a lot of you dour, dreadful people.

Some people just take things way to serious. And I mean the dress-up players. To me, it doesn't matter if I'm wearing pink shorts and a pogo mask or the flight suit, I'm in a heist to make some money and see some action and have fun.

 

If you wanna play dress-up stay in free roam.

 

That being said, I play heists with my crew and we usually coordinate what we'll wear. A decision that's usually made pretty easily by us. Someone will say "Hey, let's all wear duct tape or this ski mask" and everyone else replies "Ok". It's really that simple.

Anyone else sick of not even getting 4 players to start the heist? anyone else sick of having to sit through 4 minutes of a cutscene when you astonishingly got 4 players to do this sh*t, but then when you're ready to pick a certain outfit a guy loses the connection and you're prompted to freemode (which takes another sweet 2 and a half minutes or so)?

As a gun for hire er on call I hate how randoms ruin it for everyone actually trying. But you know what? If you can be smart enough to have it set for us to use our own outfits One of them is the full armored getup for last heist) then you can wait a damn minute or restart the entire thing. Either way I AM gonna win that round.

This is exactly what will get your time wasted by taking the full 5 minutes to finish as well as possible making the even funnier choice of having someone leave right near the end.

my character usually wears the full skeleton outfit and fox mask- which i think looks cool as sh*t

 

luckily the crew im with allows player saved outfits most of the time, because they understand that people like the way their characters look and don't exactly want to play with boring, generic looking suits and retarded balaclavas that look like black condoms.

 

this game has customization for a reason.

I agree with this. I'm tired of waiting for people to ready up. We spend time on our freeroam outfits to get the right look, so just go with that.

I enjoy the mini shopping montage before the heist. I just wish there was more options. Like looking through your hole wardrobe/saved outfits on missions which don't requite a disguise reguardless of hosts decision to allow/disallow oitfit choices.

Also I want the disguises for free roam too.
