Has anyone had any luck with cop outfits today? (1.25/PS4)

Been trying to get it today, did it fine in one shot last night prior to this update. Now I have absolutely no luck getting this. Has anyone had any luck doing it since the update? Same methods work? Different tricks? I'd love to have one for my second character.

 

I've tried two different seige mentalities and joining a capture, but nothing. I'm also attempting this on a level 13 character, so I don't know if level matters any, I can join the captures and adversary modes and host and all that just fine, but this method is not working for me despite working last night.

use contact missions, much faster.

I couldn't get it to work doing the contact mission method last night, I just haven't been able to get the cop outfit to stick at all, let alone managing anything else. I will try contact mission later and see if it works unless someone has anything else here. Just sucks that I can't get it to stick.

That was my experience last night. I then tried hosting it, quitting to free mode after the adversary mode, then went to a capture real quick and changed my glasses a few times and left and it stuck. I can't even get the outfit to stick to my second character when joining a capture doing the same exact method though.
