Looking for Crew - Xbox 360

I've been loving the heist update so far, but I'm having a tough time with the fact that me and my buddies can't really do heists together. Unfortunately, I only know two other people who play GTA:O (and one of them is rarely ever online) so we have to host a lobby and wait for random people to join if we want to do heists (since apparently there is no way for a group of 2 or 3 people to stay together while trying to join someone else's heist lobby). The time we have to waste sitting in the lobby waiting for more players (instead of just being On Call and having the freedom to keep fooling around in Freemode, like you can when looking to join a heist as a single player) is just too much for it to be worth doing.

 

I'm hoping that if we can find a decent crew to join, maybe having a pool of other people who we can all reliably get invites from/join up with will make it easier for us to hop on and do a couple heists without wasting several hours of our limited free time staring at a menu screen.

 

So, I guess my question is... are there any casual crews out there looking to pick up 2-3 new members for heists? I say casual, because it seems like every sizeable crew I come across in this game is roleplaying as a f*ckin' military outfit or mafia family or something, and taking that sh*t WAY too seriously. I'm a casual player in the sense that I'm not gonna get pissed and start screaming at people or ragequitting when we fail a mission, but I'm not so casual as to be That Guy who screws up the heist at the last minute because he couldn't stay focused and started randomly shooting pedestrians.

 

Me and my buddies will probably be online tonight (~8 or 9pm EST) if someone wants to join up as our 4th for some heists and see how we do. We are all relatively capable players, and we try not to be assholes unless someone gives us a good reason to be. (Despite the general attitude of most players in GTA:O Freemode, my rule-of-thumb for first encounters with strangers is "do not fire unless fired upon".)
