Everyone wants to get rich, and everybody knows GTA is the top selling video game. You think anyone is going to be as foolish as Michael Hollick to take beans for working on a GTA game? Well, they definitely aren't stupid enough to do that SINCE Michael Hollick... everyone who signs onto a GTA title from here on out wants a mountain of cash. Rockstar has to rake in enough money to pay them off and still get their own mountains of cash. Yeah.... they avoid that problem by having generic casting calls and not telling the actors what they are working on till weeks after they sign a contract. That filters out anyone who doesn't accept those conditions, and Michael Hollick was able to get the gig because the somewhat better-known actor Vladimir Mashkov, whose character in the movie Behind Enemy Lines was the main basis of Niko, was offered the job and refused because they wouldn't tell him what it was and he couldn't take it seriously. Some celebrities get cameos because they have personal connections at Rockstar, but the main roles go to actors who are good and want to work badly enough to accept the conditions. Arms trafficking and Lester`s assasinations are cool but not enough -too much leisure And that`s it. Oh and maybe the "troll" stuff. What`s the troll stuff in GTA V? It`s that stuff where you literally think if R* is trolling you or they just make fun of you. The perfect example for this is having to photograph 50 monkey mosaics so you can get a reward- Trevor`s monkey-woman outfit. Or the pink paintjobs for the guns and vehicles.
