All available missions not available to me

I am level 59 and there are many missions that are available to me that do not show up in the list when I go to play job and then go to rockstar created missions. Sometimes they will show up as invites or if I request a job from Martin for example there will be a mission that he sends me that is not on the list. Is this supposed to be this way? Shouldn't I be able to play/host any mission that my rank allows from the list?

I believe the ones on your list are those that you previously beat already, to get more you'll have to keep requesting jobs and complete the ones not on your list yet.
