Is Sandking XL still the fastest off-roader?

Before the Heist vehicles were released, Sandking XL was the fastest off-roader, is this still the case after the Insurgent & Vapid Guardian were released to purchase as PV? I really want to know because if the Vapid is faster than the SK XL, I might be opting to get it instead, as it does look pretty cool..........

It was never the fastest off roader. Only the largest, until the Liberator came out.

Well for off-road for sure not the fastest, the Dune Buggy destroys it in a high speed Baja style race. And if you count the Sanchez it's even further behind. As for the fastest truck, it's not that either. The Dubsta 6x6, Bodhi, Rebel, Insurgent and Guardian are all quicker.
