Deliver EMP is Mission:Impossible WITHOUT Mics

Silenced Sniper rifle, sprint unless stated otherwise. You must stay ahead of the team and shoot before they have a chance to f*ck it up.

Shoot Gate walker, Gate guard, Smoker on the top in that order. Move to gate.

Shoot Driver as he rounds the corner. Move to embankment.

Shoot Wheel Fixer and Standing guard with fast one-two.

Stealth Move to wall in line with Lab techs - single shot takes them both.

Move to end of the lit-up side of the road.

Lab Techs in alley will start moving - as they come out of the alley there will be a split-second where they overlap - single shot takes them both.

Shoot the Welder. Move to the stairwell near the Welder's body.

Shoot Scaffold guard.

Stealth along the wall to line up Lab tech and Last guard for a single-shot kill.

Move to hacking pad and wait for them team to realize what you've done and bring the Insurgent around.

Hack pad then get into the driver's seat of the Humane van to ensure that it does not drive off with a rear door open.

Nothing you can do about @sshats firing on the Merryweather jeeps.

you can do this mission solo

 

you don't have to take out people simultaneously, if you're on assisted aim it's simply hit aim and shoot and then do it again for the other guy. They can be looking at each other or w/e. Same thing with the bikers one.

 

And honestly a lot of setup missions could be done with one or two people. One person can steal the casco, it only takes one to get into the police station, one person can technically steal the velum and wipe out all the Vagos, etc.

I did this yesterday with 4 randoms, no mics. 2 fails and we did it easily.

 

I just stayed on the hill, sniped 2 guards at door, sniped guy on stairs, quick sniped 2 guys near Mesa, quick snipe 2 scientists and then pick off the rest 1 by 1 and walk in. Easy as.

You don't have to kill the NPC driver.

If you don't, one of the randoms will try. You also can't wait for the driver if you're going for the timed challenge.

 

When I qualified myself at the end of the post I meant to indicate that I am intimately familiar with the mission. Not quite sure how you didn't get that, but then you did pick over the whole thing looking for something to correct, so I guess you saw what you wanted to see.

It is definitely a very tough mission to do with randoms without mics.

I've done it with randoms once!

In a blink of an eye all of the enemies were killed!

I didn't even know how this happened but the trick is to kill all enemies as fast as you can

At this point, I have to say it's not impossible without mics.

 

Lately, in a good amount of Deliver EMP setups I've joined, someone clears out most or all of the base solo, meaning everyone else can just stay back.

It's not that hard,the best explanation is because nobody got used to have stealth sections in GTAO.They just want kill everbody with explosives,since its the easiest way.

It's definitely not as difficult since it launched, it is possible to be stealthy like a boss without guiding players via mics.

I've completed this set-up with randoms before also. I always try to clear all the guards by myself with the Advanced Rifle and get it over quick. If the randoms understand and stay back, that just makes everything easier, because it minimizes any failures. It's just being quick on the controls and locking onto the next guard when they may be in a pair.

Should have known the whole team of randoms would constantly eff up this mission as we progressed through the Humane setup heists and I was the only one with a mic.

 

Im calling on the forum community to whiteboard that mission for those occasions when your whole team is a bunch of effups and you need to clear it out Solid Snake style BY YOURSELF. White board the locations of the enemies, and what vantage points to use to snipe them in the right order. I'll admit I tried to snipe two doctors at once in the middle of the route, and that other fella ran off so fast I couldnt drop him as my vantage point was right down the alley way, not up on my mountain perch as usual.

 

This can be done single handedly, right? With the assumption that your silent micless effup team will just stay out of your way as they watch you clear a path solo WITH A SILENCER EQUIPPED ON YOUR SNIPER RIFLE!

edit: just noticed I was on the wrong mission. LMAO. This is still possible with ONE player with max stealth. Just have the other 3 players wait in the insurgent. Then have them move the insurgent into the parking lot once the 2 gate guards get dropped. Then have them wait there while the super stealth player takes out all the NPCs with a carbine or heavy sniper. Once all the NPCs are dead, you're home free. Break the code, park the insurgent and get the hell out of the area in that convenient van. You can easily beat this mission under 5 mins with any player with maxed stealth and shooting stats.

I guess I'm Ethan Hunt then, I did this Setup alone while me and my crew was doing it, I just told them give me 1 chance to solo this part, If I can't in 1 try we'll just do it the normal way to not waste time and I did it on the first time. :3

I have completed it countless times on Hard with both my friends and randumbs.No mics used, we kept in touch via RSC messages and game text chat(PC)

This is how i do it;

 

Start running like hell towards the entrance shooting the two guards with heavy pistol, entering humane lab and stop to snipe the guard on the platform.

Hiding behind the wall by the parking lot taking out driver with special carbine, even if you dont have to! Just in case!

Run up to the two guards that standing by the Mesa, shooting them with my pistol. Do the same with the white coats standing by the monkey cage.

Walking/sprinting towards the the two scientist standing in the gap. Waiting for them to walk away. As soon the last one exit i shoot both of them and then taking care of the guard who is welding.

Sneaking towards the guard who patrols on the platform, taking him out whit my pistol and the reaming guard and scientist.
