I created a race on the Casino track its called Los Santos 500 Its a 5 lap race with 8 car limit

With enough persistence, it can happen. You gotta network in game and on social club like crazy and with if its good enough, people will bookmark it and advertise it via word of mouth and then R* will take notice.
