black flights boots with leggings?

anyone knows how to get this to work? it seem we don't get a option to recreate this. what im trying to do is have the prison fem top that looks like a new shirt style and combine it with that outfit but I cant recreate it. yet if i try to remove the gloves from the gray top my arms go missing. anyone knows a work around to get those boots with leggings?

Go to the outfits and scroll through the new heist ones. There is some in there that have boots with leggings and pants. You cant change the pants or boots to anything else as it causes it to go back to normal where it says you cant wear them with your current outfit.

I have some where the boots are glitched using this method and then I just change the tops.
