gta 5 online rare car locations?

i been looking online i seen a few like the dubsta2 but does anyone have a location and names of the cars that are rare/fully customized plz thanks alot

anyone willing to put more and thanks to the original founders of the cars

 

 

1.blue sentinel xs --Eclipse Towers, straight down the slope

and a slow drive up towards the bar where it spawns.

 

Make sure you're between the hours of 10pm and 4am.

 

2. dubsta 2 --spawn at the LSC in Burton (car park before the entrance). I've gotten a maximum of 4 in one session between 7am and 6pm game time.

 

3.mesa ---

What you need to do:

1) Go to the gang attack next to the Military Base

2) Kill all the enemies in the area

3) You will see two Mesas

4) Drive it to a job circle (it's a blue circle job which are found all over Los Santos

5) Park the Mesa inside the blue circle and exit the Mesa

6) When you exit the vehicle you will see that the job will start up

7) Back out of the job and you will be able to store the vehicle in your garage

anythuing else plz post i kno they are not worth much and what not but it would be cool to have a list and locations

Whilst generally true, there are things happening that helps with the spawning.
