CH3STNUT
Easy method for spawning, and how much does it sell for? Is there a better car that I can do?
Chipmunk2307
They no longer spawn up in the Vinewood Hills. But they do still spawn at the LSC in Burton (car park before the entrance). I've gotten a maximum of 4 in one session between 7am and 6pm game time. At the moment they're selling for $23,250. *Edit* Okay, there's a few caveats to this: 1) The Dubstas spawn much more often when Dubstas are spawning in general. With what I described above, Dubstas were all through the traffic getting to LSC. When I tried the next game day, when I managed to get my first Dubsta which was about 12:30pm, Dubstas started spawing in traffic as well. On the third game day, no Dubstas were in traffic and I only managed to get one. 2) It appears that there are several car groups that cycle throughout the day and the life of each cycle is not synched with the hours of the game day. For example: if there are three different groups of cars and each group lasts 10 hours, then the cycle of all three before they repeat is 30 hours. Given that a day lasts 24 hours you can then see why the spawn times differs each day. So taking into account that the Dubsta spawn at LSC is between 7am and 6pm, you can see that on one day, you'll have Dubstas spawning in general all the time, the next day it will be out of sync by about 6 hours, and so forth. So it is highly probable that you may NOT actual acquire a Dubsta on a game day and I have had that happen before. Hope that all made sense. As an aside, I don't know where the name "Dubsta 2" came about. It's just still a Benefactor Dubsta, plus mods and a specific paint job (Chrome or Gold). Personally I think Dubsta ME (Modded Edition) makes more sense...... (No Windows ME jokes please ) Edited March 26, 2015 by Chipmunk2307
Gridl0k
It's called a Dubsta 2 because it's not the same, the spare is offset and it has blacked out badging and different headlights Chipmunk2307 and Halal Cyborg

Maybe they should differentiate them like they do with the two Kurumas: Kuruma, Kuruma (Armored) naturally for the armored version. Perhaps the "Dubsta 2" should be called "Benefactor Dubsta (Hand Job Edition)"........ just a suggestion.
Gridl0k
It's like the Oracle XS, there's two variants with the same name. Think of them as model year variants, I guess. Blacked out badges is a Brabus thing, IRL, so you could also think of it as a tuner version.

XJpostman
I'm finding the Dubsta2 quite consistently at the Vinewood LSC using my pv Dubsta2. Not as good as the corner by Madrazo's but still pretty good. I've found at around noon, coming from the east (through the large building) at a very slow peace yields best results. If it doesn't spawn, drive back through the large plaza and a few extra blocks away and then return slowly. Again, it's not as consistent as the old spawn but for $23000, it's worth a couple of passes. I had two spawn one after the other using this method the other day. Pro tip: put on a set of the chrome SUV rims for $6000, store it in your garage, and wait for R* to put the prices back to $70 000. I did this before they nerfed the sad trombone horn and sold it for a good profit when they returned it to $20 000 +. Edit: spawned the red Sabre turbo with visual modifications on my second pass last night so check all the vehicles before doing another pass. Easy $15 000. XJpostman
^^ yep. So far i've only had them spawn along the wall opposite of lsc. On the left when you enter the parking lot from the south. They spawn beside the door in SP so it's worth a peek around if you don't see any along the white brick wall. I haven't had any modified npc vehicles spawn in ages. Pretty disappointed that R* would nerf unique car spawns but with all the other legit money making techniques they decided were too profitable and nerfed, I shouldn't be surprised. broadspeed
Is there a specific 'drive around' route that makes them appear more? Notice there is one for the XS down at Little Seoul?
Gridl0k
^ it's just a question of going far enough away to force a new spawn of vehicles, the where doesn't really matter. broadspeed
elfoam
I find it ridiculous rockstar removed a spawn for a car you can only sell once between two characters once each 45minutes.. Like seriously?. As if the game hasn't been nerfed enough. Gridl0k

derek0514
I have traveled to the ballas neighborhood to rip tornados and peyotes. Sometimes griefers interfere. I have yet to find. Dubstas 2 in the game - I am level 130. Possibly bc the eclipse towers area not somewhere I like drive to. I am usually just trawling Around the area outside my s shambles street garage for peyots, Buccaneers, tornados in the junkyard across the street but u have to catch them at certain times. It's not uncommon to fill garage w 5 or more during a lucky session. Then when I login at garage near airport LSC I sell them - an easy 10-13k at login. Part of my so side strategy. From all heist stuff I have read sounds like u have to do a lot of stuff before u are even paid and this can be subjective or fouled up by randoms. GTA_dog
Can anyone help spawn one for me, please. Xbox One Gamertag is same as my username here. PM me.I drove around the known areas for 2 in-game days in a Dubsta looking for some, but never came across one. My advice is driving around in a Dubsta from Grove Street to the Vinewood LSC back and fourth to find modded gang cars or Sentinels/Sabres. I only come across one every session nowadays, so I constantly switch sessions after I find a modded anything. I'm pretty sure finding modded cars is now more of a rarity than ever before. GTA_dog
Apologies for double-posting, but I had to bump. Are there any methods of obtaining a Dubsta2 on CG consoles? I fear that there's nothing, as I have yet to see one while driving any vehicle, unless there's a spawn location in some parking lot somewhere.
