Not having enough friends and server issues for auto invite have kept me from enjoying heists. Its just hard to get 4 people together without getting some troll. It takes so long to load as it is for someone to purposely fail the mission. I would like to host and will split 40/20/20/20.

20% is more than fair. I host makes nothing on setup missions and once startup comes out of my share I make less than 25% while the other three make 25%? Tell me how that's fair please.

I host and still give them all 25% cause it's the right them to do and I'm not greedy

Central time. Glad I'm not the only one that thinks 20% is fair. If its a random finale hopper then that's a 15% cut. Which is still fair. Ill be on later today about 5:30-6 my time

I work 50-60 hours a week so I try to play when I can but mostly a couple hours in evening and try to hammer it on the weekend's.
