Already found a perfectly good use for it - replicating the classic Pontiac Trans Am trim colour:






Hard to tell in a still image, but it actually looks like proper 'gold', rather than a kind of bland, sandy brown colour if you just use regular 'gold' from the paint options (bearing in mind that you can't even go for a proper metallic effect with regular paint, if you've used a classic, non-metallic paint for your primary, with no pearlescent effect).

Im doing this tonight (unlocking insurgent, purchasing aforementioned insurgent and painting it solid gold). Carimbo had me thinking more 'professional' and going chrome, but this... I had forgotten about this...

Add lime green pearl and crew black to gold and you got the most expensive and bad ass looking triple layer paint job possible.

 

And it doesn't look gaudy.
