Ducard
Similar to the one in the TLAD section. - Introduced the first talking protagonist. Carried over to each subsequent Rockstar game. - Introduced motorbikes. Carried over to each subsequent GTA game with one of them being focused on bikes. (TLAD) - Introduced the ability to eat when out of health. Carried over and improved greatly in San Andreas. Carried over to the HD era albeit a little dumbed down. - Introduced the ability to change outfits. Carried over to each subsequent GTA game. - Introduced the first heist in the series, The Job. Carried over to San Andreas, IV, V and of course, GTA: Online. - Introduced the minigun into the series. Carried over to SA and V. Was planned to be in IV but was scrapped to make the game more realistic. - Introduced the first nightclub in the series. Carried over to SA and TBoGT, with TBoGT being focused on nightclubs. - Introduced the ability to buy properties. Carried over to SA, scrapped in IV, returned in V. - Ability to crouch. Carried over to every Rockstar game before being scrapped in V. - Ability to bail out of cars, carried over to every subsequent GTA game. - Introduced the camera, albeit usable only in one mission. Carried over to SA, appears in IV but it is completely useless. Greatly improved in V. I'll probably add some later. Edit: Typo in the tile. I meant "contribute" instead of "contributed" sorry. Can a mod please fix it? Edited March 25, 2015 by Ducard iiCriminnaaL and Haha365

NDH92
Introduced interiors. Vice City for me had some excellent interiors for that time. "Villain" a better word for that would be Antagonist. Edit: Typo in the tile. I meant "contribute" instead of "contributed" sorry. Can a mod please fix it? "Villain" a better word for that would be Antagonist. Well, sort of. In GTA III you showed drivers a middle finger if they honked you. In Vice City you only showed them a fist without the finger. In SA you can still show "middle finger" (like in VC), but it was scripted in some cutscenes (you could still use mods though) tell me more about how they introduced eddie pulaski! Go to your Vice City folder, open the Audio folder, and play bust_17.wav Ken Rosenberg would say... "Bring sargant Pulaski down here, that fat chump owes me a favor." (you can probably also hear it in-game) Pretty sure it was him. Edited June 9, 2015 by BlackSnow176 Nendow and Nah nah nah Gta 6

gluserty
It was the first game in the series that had the Ammu-nation inventory on the shelf. Another thing: I'm playing GTA III right now, and I'm remembering how difficult the weapon combat is compared to other editions, including Vice City. I also think this game introduced pedestrian screams that sound less canned and more authentic (that "Wilhelm Scream" sounding guy in GTA III bothers me a little, like he's screaming out of a loudspeaker). Algonquin Assassin
I guess it's something that gets overlooked, but even though GTA IV and GTA V have street names VC was the first GTA to actually have addressss since each residential property Tommy can buy has its own, unique adrress.
