I need to turn this gif into a video (15 seconds)

I've been trying to convert this gif into a 15 second loop video without any success. (To upload to my instagram, the output format is Android - MP4 I think)

 

 

Can anybody give me any tips on how to do it or do it for me?

Once you have done uploading video; For loop videos, you might wanna try out below:-

If you have Photoshop.

Then just open the file in PS;File-->Export--> Render Video

Do appropriate settings and click OK.

 

I cant do these because I cant upload it on Youtube or Mediafire.

 

So you will have to try it or someone else maybe.

But the Guidelines are such.

Open in VirtualDub, select all, copy and paste till You have 15 seconds, save.

Though You need to have some mp4 codec installed, I still use lot of the old XviD codec for short videos because ffdshow feels so complicated.

I tried that page but it wouldn't let me set a looptime, it would just do 1 loop and cut the video, resulting in a 0.5 seconds video.
