Hydra = Savage = Insurgent > Armored Kuruma > KERS Lectro > Everything else.

 

Hydra + Savage + Insurgent (or Armored Kuruma) = Best mission vehicles.

I have Casco,Enduro and unarmored Kuruma.Since I buy my vehicles mostly based on do I like their appearence,I´m happy with them.I´ll probably get Savage,Hydra,armed Insurgent and Technical later,when I unlock them and earn some more money.

I wouldn't say the Karuma Armoured is a must have. The Zentoro is faster and has a 100% bullet proof back

The AK does too.It also has bulletproof side windows and front shield.It seats 4 people.Get the Zentorno if you want to,IDGAF but the Armored Kuruma will always be superior for protection.

 

 

 

Another plus with the K: it shares the same vehicle-destroying characteristics of the insurgent. At top speed, hitting another vehicle/person sends them flying backwards or at least moves them out of the way without significant loss of speed. The Zentorno doesn't do that.

Hi, I will share my personal opinion on which Heist vehicles are a must have whether its your PV or a pegasus vehicle and those that aren't necessary...

Casco is going to own the Z-Type if you like to actually race and don't just do it in straight lines... Superb handling in it's class.

I don't disagree that the Pigalle has good handling, but I just don't like the fact that it's FWD. I rephrase: Because of it's RWD, for me the Casco has superb handling in it's Class.

The civi Kuruma is faster the the armored one, both modified.

 

We were doing missions, and my buddies were running in the armored one, I was racing in the civi one and ended up passing and pulling away at high speed, neither of us hit anyone and we basically didnt have to out manuver.

Well I haven't actually tested this since unmodded kuruma is a new car, but Franklin's Buffalo was the fastest 4-seater car in GTAO before kuruma was released.

I think this is more to do with having the protection of the Kuruma from all the flying hydras & Savage & Insurgent-Pick-ups and also all those players who are tired of getting picked on by owners of heist unlocked vehicles and hence they cruise the free-mode with assault buzzards & Rhinos, free-mode is god damn crazy so everyone is running scared and hence opting for the armoured kuruma option lol I frankly don't give a sh*t and drive the car I'd like to cruise in (currently its the Casco) mainly due to the fact that R* have fixed the insurance issues, so even if your PV gets blown-up by players with zero cash in their bank account you won't pay anything to contribute towards the destroyed PVs insurance which is really awesome.

must have = really good and totally worth the money.

 

I strongly disagree with your opinion of the Technical. It is EXTREMELY powerful, and if you have a friend with you it can be very fun. The machine gun is a lot more powerful then the Insurgents, and it appears as a normal blip instead of an armored one. You can also easily gun down all aircraft with it; I've shot down about four hydras with it, even when they were moving at high speed, as well as two armored insurgent drivers and their gunners. You can also hop on the back even if noone else is manning the vehicle. About one bullet kills a player at full health, and with about three seconds of steady fire at a chopper it goes down. It may not be as practical as the Insurgent Pickup, but the fun I've had with it has made it worth every cent. If you're looking for a vehicle to use in missions, don't get it, but if you want fun, its amazing.

 

 

As someone who owns the savage, its FAR better then the buzzard in missions. Notice how I said in missions; its almost impossible to grief someone with it due to its garbage speed [Guided Launcher, Minigun, Heavy Sniper]. So if you're a griefer, get the insurgent pickup or Valkyrie instead. But its almost infinitely better then the buzzard in missions.

 

The Armored Kuruma is an absolute must have though. I totally agree with that.

technical has waaaay lower defenses though.

-no bulletproof tires.

-car is unarmored.

-gunner is easy target.

the machine gun takes 2 shots to kill a player like the insurgent but the fire rate is faster.

between not-so-significantly better machine gun or way better protection.. i pick the latter.

 

It's not NOS on the Lectro, it's KERS, it's a whole different system :^)

hydra isn't that important since you can just go to zancudo and get a lazer instead, which is better.

Rebreather: Pretty awesome option, to be able to breathe under water for long periods of time, not sure if it has a real purpose in GTAO as there isn't much explore at the moment but certainly good to have a few in your stock, incase of unforeseen circumstances lol

Yea but I don't think its still faster than Franklin's Buffalo, and I'm not saying its a bad car, I'm saying you have better choice in its place if you aren't a fan of the car already, whereas armoured kuruma and armoured insurgents are PV that don't really have an equal on what they can do compared to other PVs. I also replaced it because of that feature where it can hold people in the back. But, its again a preference thing, I really like the look of VG, and after purchasing really like cruising in it as well.

If youre talking about the kurama...it is in fact faster then the buffalo s ....unless you cant drive well(buffalo s is easy to drive)

The Lectro is pretty much useless to me. The Akuma is way faster and cheaper, It's like 9k while the Lectro is 750k, which is completely overpriced and the KERS just gives a little acceleration boost. I don't recommend buying this bike. I'd rather buy an Överflöd Entity XF or a Pegassi Zentorno.

 

Heres my like list:

 

Insurgent - It's a really good vehicle and is very well armored. Pick-Up is even better.

Hydra - Same as the Lazer, but faster and easier to maneuver. Also has vertical takeoff.

Karin Technical - The MG in the back of the car is very powerful, but the gunner is more vulnerable to shots and crashes. The car is not armored, which makes it an easy target.

Valkyrie - This is the perfect helicopter to ride with friends. They can control the mounted guns of the chopper.

Savage - Very well armored, no rocket cooldown and the Cannon which has a higher Fire Rate than the Lazer's and the Hydra's. Its heavy weight drastically affects the controls, It's very slow, but still very cool and cheap for what It is.

 

The Hydra is faster than the Lazer, unless you fly It with the landing gear.

Valkyrie is such a cool chopper but it really sucks how the pilot can't even use the front gun...Make it like the Buzzard where the co-pilot can take control of the missiles with the camera, and when there's no copilot just have the front cannon fire straightforward in the direction the chopper is facing. might just email rockstar this, maybe they'll add it later.

Rebel Technical has one advantage over Insurgent Pickup.

 

On map, it isn't displayed as armored vehicle - just a player icon.

I have the Hydra, Savage, Valkyrie, Insurgent, Kuruma, Casco.

 

About the aircraft, the Hydra is a must have, it's just boss. You can fly around in the thing in peace, no one no where is going to bother you. Very few people in the general lobbies have one so it's pretty cool. I can typically fly around in it for an hour hitting the occasional bounty without being shot down or damaged at all. Once in a while someone is flying around in a Lazer but I haven't been shot down by a Lazer yet and taken two of them down. You can do some pretty funky maneuvers in the Hydra plus it's faster. Off radar is it's friend vs a Lazer.

 

The Savage, well I was really excited about this thing, but in the end I find it not really that useful. Yeah sure it can smash missions but in my testing it's slower in doing a mission than a Buzzard simply because it's well.. slower and doesn't turn so well. The cannon has a really short range so anytime you are hitting someone with the cannon yo are getting shot yourself. Overall it's good.. but it's not great. You would never win a fight chopper on chopper with a buzzard. Nor would you kill as many players in freeroam in a savage as you can in the buzzard. They are both dead from a homing launcher most the time but the buzzard can hit cars so easily with a missile it's still the best freeroam chopper. Off radar and night time attacks a must these days though. Hit hard first time and then escape.

 

The Valkyrie oh man.. I wasn't going to buy this but as it was the first thing I unlocked I bought it anyway. I had just been flying it around solo.. then finally I found someone to do some missions in it with me. Holy mother! the thing is a beast!. The front gun is like from another place. Bang.... Bang..... Bang.. Bang... destroy destroy destroy. Suuuuch long range and such accuracy. You literally can't be touched using it in missions. It was unexpected awesome. I'd love to take on an insurgent or tank with it, you would dominate.

 

The PV insurgent is awesome by the way fast, stronger than a tank. Amazing. Combine the Insurgent with a BP helmet and a Hydra and your dying days are over.

 

I want the Insurgent with gun but concerned about how hard it is to solo the gun. I can park the Valkyrie in a strategic location and then block the pilot door with a car and use the side gun to wipe missions and gang attacks (pity rockstar can code entry to doors properly). I don't really want to have to use two cars just to use the gun on a truck when I can use one car to block the chopper.

I bought everything, but I haven't been using them. The Insurgent is a good investment, but you can be shot pretty easily in one. I usually do my killings solo, so I haven't really used the Pegasus version.

Sadly if you are not in one of them the only thing you are flaunting is how easy a target you are these days.

I never understood how a Z was thought as awesome cause you can go in reverse and shoot when a single sticky solves any issues one would have with the Z.
