Basically a small event where everyone shows off their rides, usually taking photography, racing or cruising around together.

It refers to cuts of meat that are of appropriate size and convenience to be easily consumed within a vehicle. Most of the lunch meat family falls into this category including devon, salami and shaved ham however larger meat dishes such as a full lamb on a spit will not easily fit inside a vehicle and are not classed as car meats.
