[PS3] Looking for heists crew I will give you 30% cut

I'm looking for a heist crew competent enough to help me finish the heists. I will give each player 30% and myself 10%. I'm just looking to unlock the heists vehicles. I'm playing the heists on hard difficulty and in order. I'm not aiming for mastermind though.
