They attack Niko like other enemy gangs when you crash into their car or stand around near them for too long. Last time I did a vehicle delivery for Brucie where a car had to be picked up from a car wash in Willis, and when car's owners attacked, the Jamaican gang standing nearby did not help Niko like Little Jacob's gang in Beechwood City. Further — if they are the same gang, then who was the crew who wanted to teach Badman a lesson in "Concrete Jungle" mission? And the gang that double-crossed Jacob at a drug deal in "Jamaican Heat"? However, after Shadow, the whole Jamaican gang (all posses everywhere, so those from Beechwood City, Schottler and Willis) start respecting you. They like you no matter what, and won't attack you.
