Respray Lost Slamvan?

So someone was nice enough to help me get a Lost Slamvan. I have been told that you can't respray it at LSC, and need to use either iFruit or Charles. How do you do so? I don't know how. I'd like some help.

There's a few tutorials around if you are trying to do it yourself, Silverfox1 has a thread for requests and a tutorial on how to do it yourself.
