Looking for regular heist crew

As the title might imply, i'm looking for 3 people to join me for regular heists.

Over the past 2 days (yes, that fast) i've already grown tired and weary of doing the heists with randomers
As i usually get teamed up with people that appear to have the intellectual capacity of a single celled organism.
Let alone i actually have to wait atleast 15-20 minutes to get teamed up with these amoebe.

I'm looking for people atleast 20 years of age, english speaking and around the same time zone as i am: GMT.
profits will be shared accordingly, probably even equally, and fun will be had (Though i could imagine me not looking like a fun person after reading this post)
No headset needed, though if wanted by everyone we could call up on skype or something like that,
