Have it so there are activities to partake in in Bolingbroke penitentiary though...You also have further punishment in there too and get privileges removed if you still behave worse than your fellow jailbirds.

 

Would be fun you could visit crew mates with cigs lol

 

Race cockroaches etc.

 

Could even attempt jailbreaks but make it stupidly hard.

Prisoners can't play. If they can't play, they can't spend $$. If they can't spend $$, they have no reason to buy cash cards.

You know, that would probably be more popular in the game as is than arm wrestling is.

 

In general in terms of BS, doubling insurance and getting rid of bad sport would likely be a greater deterrent vs just bs/current insurance.

 

If they doubled insurance cost, they should also put debt into motion. None of this, "i wrecked your car but I hid money on second character BS." If you go into debt, you are locked out of free roam and have to do jobs/missions to earn $ or bring over money from second character.

Good idea! But I still think BS players should stay away in separeted lobbies than clean players

just implement this prison system for anyone who has just recently landed in the lobby, then you can leave the prison by plotting a escape plan with help of fellow inmates(players). You would need weapons and somebody on the outside to be ready to pick you up. Hell this could be just like heists.

Additionally, for those who escaped the prison but are still in BS, a permanent two stars wanted level should be attained since they are wanted criminals on the run.

High end apartments, pegasus vehicles and private vehicles should have it's access to be blocked by the system as a proper way for the player to be penalised for their crimes.

Shouldn't be a prison server, you just get wanted levels indefinitely till they finally manage to take you down then you respawn inside the prison, in the same server. You serve your time, let's say 10-15 minutes. Or if you have friends they can try to bust you out then a $9000 bounty is placed on all involved in the prison break.

Oh and if the prison break attempt fails, your friends get stuck in there with you.

I have always thought this, or even if you fail the pacific standard you get busted for 5 gta days, or your crew have to heist you out for $0 and run the risk of ending up inside themselves if they fail,
