Name One Thing That Has Annoyed You During Heists..

1. Endless dialogue from Lester on every heist, who has a very annoying voice.

1. 2 minute loading screens after heist setups or finales.

1. Doing 5 setup missions and then a heist finale, only to find out that it wasn't even a heist at all. (you know which one I'm talking about)

1. The fact that all heists are set in stone, and there is only one way to do them. The setup mission where you steal the kuruma, Lester says you have "two ways of doing it," but the choices end there.

1. The fact that each heist consists of a handful of 4-5 minute contact missions, and then a 6-7 minute, high paying contact mission at the end. A year and a halves wait for what is essentially just strings of contact missions. 26 total setups and finales took them a year and a half to make, yet they made over 100 contact missions for GTAO in less than 3 years.

I know this sounds like a bad thing to say, since who am I to decide how others play? But, I really get annoyed when players don't 'role-play'. For example, the prison bus driver taking an unrealistic off-road route crashing into cacti and smashing civilian cars upside down. Since heists almost have that quality singleplayer feel to them, it frustrates me that people online sit and do it for the money over and over again, running the job dry of fun for themselves, and then pissing about affecting every other players' experience when they get bored.

Losing people in the middle or towards the end of a setup or finale.

Or repeating the mission over and over and over because of the same person who keeps rushing in (and ironically complains about having to restart).

Elder Maxson

I have a handful...

-15 minute loop of people leaving the menu screen and another one joining in to take his place

-3 minute for someone to pick their costume/outfit

-Afk'ers

-people who leave

-people who leave during the final part (had someone who left the heist when we were flying back to the city in the Buzzard in the Prison Break)

-low levels who insist on being the front lines in battles

-waiting for that one guy to get in the van/helicopter/plane/whatever

-people who open fire during stealth missions

Losing people in the middle or towards the end of a setup

Literally just happened to me. Team split in 2, we complete our goal perfectly and I am relieved as f*ck, then someone on the other group (the heist leader FFS) dies and we have to restart. I have to admit, the feeling of passing it is amazing

Hosting a heist where the last person in the group didn't ready up, forcing you to set up again.

Funny thing was that I messaged him if he was afk or looking for a position that he wanted and responded back with "Doesn't matter. Can we start it already?"

I know this sounds like a bad thing to say, since who am I to decide how others play? But, I really get annoyed when players don't 'rope-play'. For example, the prison bus driver taking an unrealistic off-road route crashing into cacti and smashing civilian cars upside down. Rope play ?

Waiting for players to join upsets me the most :sigh: and then when they do they die over and over again, even when told to get in the armored car so they won't die

Why can't we buy snacks in the lobby? and for F*cks sake upgrade the damn super heavy armor it's a F*cking joke! it's like wearing swiss cheese  armor in SP is way better why is that?

I did The Pacific Standard job yesterday with all randoms, my god it was the most frustrating experience ever (took like 4 hrs). Same f*cking guy dying every time, ok you've died 10 times in a row, your drivers license has been revoked you don't get a motorcycle anymore like what are you even thinking at this point, just get on somebody else's ffs

Or some dickhead not readying up and hassling the party leader for a better cut, are you really gonna make 3 other people wait 5 mins for your greedy bs. Then when party leader doesn't they just make you wait another 5 mins on the next screen and then quit right when the mission starts. pls f*cking kill yourself

and yeah obviously quitting in general is a big one too.

everyone go in their own car alone and then heist turn into race, but what is the point if you be first, when you need to wait other members.

I've tried riding with people. More often then not when someone else drives we crash like 80 times on the way to the heist. I couldn't take it anymore, so I just drive myself. I give people the chance to ride with me, but most get in their own car.

Driving skill is a huge annoyance for me. I've had two setup missions now where it eventually turns into a simple game of dodge the road blocks and make it to Los Santos. So many times some random manages to destroy the objective vehicle. These missions are not difficult. Look down the road and don't run into sh*t. I mean, really. You don't even need to take out the opposition. Just out run them. I have no idea how the team I was working with recently managed to destroy the technical every time, but by god they did it. Meanwhile me and the dude driving huge slow box trucks are playing bumper cars and doing just fine. I... I just don't get it.

That's some bullsh*t. I kind of wish we could alter heist payout after missions were over somehow. Not necessarily take away hugely significant parts of a players cut, but maybe assign a bonus to one player out of another players (or several players) cut for performing better than the others on the job. Most of the time not everyone deserves an even cut.

Fixed it. Calm down.

^ Sums it up perfectly! Although the FIB agent also has really crappy dialogue as well.

Not annoyed, but don't like the fact that you're sent into free mode after each setup.

Why can't it just be a continuation to the next setup or onto the finale. People can backout at the Hosting Lobby if they prefer not to continue. I believe they did it once in the Tutorial Fleeca Bank Heist, where one setup ended and the other began.

Besides player stupidity, I really hate how there's no way to do heists different. Why isn't there options for the way to complete a heist like single player? Really the heists are just 5 or 6 contact missions that link up to each other.

This isn't really apart of the heists but rather the update itself, what's with the Technical? Really, it's a rusty Rebel with an LMG on the back. a 3 thousand dollar truck. Nice $947.000 gun you have there.
