Challenges down for maintenance?

Damn I genuinely didn't even know you could solo these until now.

I thought they had to be full crew challenges.

I loaded up Online to do the challenges but the option was grayed out and it said "No Challenges. Challenges are currently down for maintenance, please check back later" Is this a bug or are they patching the 250k jobs?
