Firstly, I'd like to apologise in advance to the GTA Forums staff for a) if this should be placed in another section and b) that I'm linking to a source off-site.

I did however think in regards to a), that this would be the better place as it's seen more often... Anyway.

 

Onto the subject, after doing some digging I found a site that has been created, purely for GTA Online Heists, which checks details across all platforms. You can request a crew as if you were looking for one, or respond to somebody's already submitted request. I'd use the drop-down menu's though, to ensure you're joining compatible games etc.
