How do heist crews operate?

Over the past week or so while I was enjoying this new Heists Update, I've been reading posts about crews breezing through the heists, and the members making a lot of money in the process. How are these crews so successful when it comes to heists?

 

Do they keep arranging specific dates and times to meet up and heist? Or is it just spontaneous where the members just happen to be on at the same time?

Yes, because communication is there, it is 100x easier to be successful and get through the Heists.

good crew have to factor in the fact that some of the members have lives out of the game, so yeah

 

arranging days, times and all its part of the game.
