I did this with my Advanced Rifle. Had them swinging like mad.

 

Funny thing is, the other people on the heist with me did not see the movement. For them they were not moving.

At least one other player saw the chandeliers swinging during a heist, they do swing astonishingly fast when they're bouncing off the ceiling, and they can bang into each other if you get them rocking in the same direction by shooting them from up on the balcony.

 

Other guns work but the minigun gets near instant results.

You can also crash a plane preferably on a top of mountain, stand on the wing debris and use a minigun on the wing, it slides along the ground with you on it

but i couldnt stop watching that video, im not a fan of that music or dancing but i dont think an adult could've come up with that routine it was actually interesting.
