Please Help with Forum Login

As you can see I am new to this forum. I have to post this here because apparently you cannot PM someone (a mod in my case) without first posting ten times. I don't want to post ten times because this should not be my main account on this forum.

 

I am having a problem with the original account I made. The email I used was from cox webmail. I have clicked the send verification link about 50 times trying to get it to work. It never does. I had to use this secondary account, which obviously worked fine with a different email source, to hopefully get some help with this problem.

 

I have checked my trash and spam folders multiple times, there is never anything there.

 

If anyone could help me that would be much appreciated.

It seems like GTAF's Email server might have blocked or doesn't deem your email provider as a trusted one. I've not heard of Cox Webmail before. For recovering your account, I'd sugeest that you get in contact with a Mod or an Admin and have them change your email address from the Administration Panel to a trusted one, like Google Mail or Hotmail (the ones I'd personally go with). Then, you can activate your account or have a staff member move you to the members group instead.

I've approved your account, but I'd suggest you change the e-mail on your main account.

 

Let me know if you have issues with it.
