NewInTown
Steam version instruction to unlock video memory and others, like overheating machines: With Steam(Once you've opened it, the big welcome panel), go into the properties of the game + Launch Options + add command lines (all of them, and no need for text commandline, doesn't work with steam) : -norestrictions -nomemrestrict -availablevidmem 2000.0 -percentvidmem 70(no need for more) -texturequality 2 Delete your old shortcut on your desktop and click to make a new one with steam with the option Under launch option(above). If your processor is overheating(as laptops do): manage power settings(Advanced) : put the maximun power that goes to your processor(sector) at 70% (big temp diffenrence! (No more overheating)). Good to know when your a gamer Change the rest with the ingame options. Good Play ! Liberty City is beautiful in 1K with maximun textures and detatils !! No need for text command lines into main directory with steam.
