Need a large heist orientated crew

I Need some contacts who will help me start these heists. ive only just completed the plane collection for the prison break but i cant get anyone to join me for the rest of the set ups, its doing my nut in now. the crew im in has about 4 players and we rarely play together online. which wasnt a drama before as i could always race and do missions on my ones but now its becoming a bit of a c*nt waiting on people to join
