Yes your best to bet is to file a support ticket with R*.

 

I have had to ask them for some special items to be returmed to my inventory. Make sure you make clear

which items you need replaced in the ticket and they should return them to you, usuaolly have to go to the

clothing store to reactivate them after R* restore your lost items.
