unable to auto-aim?

i'm 100% certain i have all the correct settings, but i can't lock on to anything (other players, npc's) has anyone else had this problem?

You need to go to single player and change the options there, then switch back to online.

 

I'm 100% sure it's your settings, it happens a lot.

Try going to story changing the settings to free aim then go online, go back to story, change to auto aim then go online again.

 

If this doesnt work...i dunno what to tell you

i did put the settings on in singleplayer, but it still won't work?

Not sure then.

 

I know I am using Auto Aim - Assisted and keep forgetting to put it back to Auto Aim - Full. Initially it (Assisted) felt like it was not working properly but probably just since I was used to (Full).

Check your aim priority in the interaction menu. Could be set to something weird.
