what do you do to entice other players to join your heist?

yesterday i've gone back to playing gta online heists, and i'm trying to do the humane labs heist setup where you get the codes.

and i had it on hard, i did get get one group of players but usually one of us would die and fail the mission (3 times and 1 time of attracting unwanted attention).

after that it was hard to get anyone to join.

 

what do you do to entice other players to join your heist?

Why would you need to convince people for heist? There is a bunch of money at the end, reason enough to play.

On a more serious note, I'll probably ask them if they want to join, and what cut they want. If they're easy to reason with, I'll give them the cut that they wish to receive.

On set-ups you cannot change the cut. They are set payouts.

The way I go about it is I'll usually do the setup missions, if there are any particularly good, non-fedora-wearing players I'll send them friend requests (since the matchmaking sucks and most invites have some sort of error that shows them as being full). They want to get paid, you want to get paid...get paid together, etc.

 

After a while you'll find yourself with more heist invites than time to accept and play them.

I tell them that if they will come back after every prep mission I'll give them 30% in the finale but unlike many other players I don't play heists for the money so I don't mind getting 10% even if it doesn't cover my investment. When I started doing heists my No. 1 goal was unlocking all the new stuff & now it's just having fun.

seriously you can't expect a bunch of randoms to do your heist on Hard, I know everyone is getting quite greedy, but either you do the grunt work and find a group of 4 through crews or your personal friends, do all the heists once on normal, so everyone is familiar and then do them on hard, or just find randoms and do it on normal...........because guess what, these heist are actually tough, much tougher than even most missions. So, expecting randoms (of which most haven't even gone past like prison break heist), to be able to cruise through Heists on hard is unreasonable. So in conclusion, make 4 friends to repeat all heists on hard or play randoms in normal.............
