Turns out having noose grangers ram into me unloading their bullets is a problem for me. Whats the best way to deal with them in tight city streets/highways?

 

Also, I've had an npc stolen buffalo in my garage without insurance that's been destroyed (scrapped), and I want to clear up the slot for it. What do?

Police cars can slipstream you if you drive in a straight line. Just do frequent turns and they shouldn't be a problem.

 

About the other thing, you can fill the spot with another car once the garage is full.

1. Use the Insurgent or Armored Kuruma, problem solved.

 

2. That car will show as (Destroyed) in your garage. Just replace it with the car you want.
