satellite array at 10am

Hi everyone. i went to the satellite array and waited for 10am. when it change from 9am to 10am. i saw single scientist there. no fib no cars. just one person. can you tell me why and how i can get everything to spawn. also: i play it on xbox one

You dont wait at the satellite dishes to spawn things

Wait at the prison parking lot or somewhere farther away

 

The time window is from 10:00-12:00

Hi there. you mean i need to wait to 12am for the fib to turn up?. the scientist was inspecting the satellite dishes. he also had a clipboard.

 

edit: i am not parking near that prison they will see me and give me 4 stars.

FIB do not show up in NG GTA, they were replaced by more scientists

the FIB vehicles were replaced with Worn White washingtons and burritos

Well, the spawning method for both Next-gen and Last-gen are the same.

 

Btw, FIB cars don't spawn anymore. Rockstar replaced them with worn white Burritos and Washingtons.

If you are on NG, you can only get the scientist's cars

If you are on LG, you can only get the FIB cars

Get the Roosevelt. It's pretty easy to get. (Only two steps)

 

1. Time travel back to 2/14/14 and buy the Roosevelt.

 

2. Transfer your character again
