Because i had backup before i installed ELS but i failed visual settings file after that. So now i have same file in backup and in game files. TheMostKnowledgable Posted March 21, 2015 Share Posted March 21, 2015 I think it is here: http://www.gta-downloads.com/en/gta4/file-backups/ Good resource if so, so check it out. I believe it's in the common/text rar in the common section. If you have the steam version, you can repair it with "validate" function in the game's library properties. If on disc, it also has a repair function. If you have other mods, this is not an option, of course, as it'll replace those as well.
