The matchmaking system

It's a good job the human race doesn't rely on the same matchmaking algorhythm R* created for personal matchmaking or we'd all be screwed! or not as the case may be...

 

 

I have serious trouble trying to get random players to join missions (and now heists) when I host them, it's ok for missions because mostly they can be done solo and I'm ok with that, but heists require a full crew and I'm getting really fed up of waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for R*'s piss poor matchmaking system to get other players in on my game.
