Yes, I've tested it with txd workshop and the texture is not present in the model so, a model bug.

This might be a case for you :) However I'm not sure. I use couple of map and texture fix packs, so it may be just some kind of conflicts.

So that 130 degrees bended wires are ok ?

Little explanation: those are model bugs, Aztecas_5 is fixing some of them here, you can try and tell him to fix them

Look at the text in that banner. It should not be oblate! In your version it still oblate, which is not ok. That banner is simple as it is - white text on red background and nothing more.
