Me and my crew mates (GTAF crew) did this with no mics. You can always use an USB keyboard, I prefer it because there are no moms yelling, dogs barking, babies crying, etc.

Finally did this last night wit one friend and 2 randoms. The 2 randoms didn't have mics or didn't speak English at all because I kept shouting what to do and they didn't respond at all. They were terrible terrible pilots.

 

One guy kept driving into the compound and getting caught because we couldn't clear them before he got in. I would've quit but I needed to get the unlocks and finish the heist. So we teamed up and finally got it done.

 

 

For the finale we were in the gunship thank god. still took 4-5 tries......
