lobby's and matchmaking

For people that don't have 3 dedicated friends that are on every time you play GTA playing GTA aswell I think we need an automatic public lobby system because I'm tired of waiting in lobby's just to start a mission or heist. I get home from work and I want to unwind, I want to play your game which is actually pretty good and not stare at a lobby screen for half my playtime. What I mean by a public lobby is it just finds other people that want to play the same game mode as you, like forza or cod or whatever game you like to play.
