My "loyalty" bonus is on 18/26 but my "all in order" has been changed to 17/26 because i had to uninstall gta. my social club still says 18/26 for both of them. what do i do? help would be appreciated

My loyalty, all in a row, and criminal mastermind progressions were off by one as well. I got the awards despite that being the case. The only time I'd worry is if they were off by three (indicating the Fleeca Job didn't register)

Edit: it's actually ok if it's off by one. Many have expressed this issue and still got the reward.

Before the Pacific finale my awards were:

 

Loyalty: 26/26

 

All in Order: 26/26

 

Criminal Mastermind: 25/26

 

Upon completion all were awarded.

I think if it is off by one you should still be okay, that is how I was for my All In Order. I had 2 setups, 1 finale left and yet on the SocialClub website it stated that my All In Order award was 24/28 - I thought it was somehow screwed up since I only had 3 missions left. After I completed the last heist's finale I did get my All In Order award and was awarded the bonus 1m.

 

A problem with maybe going by the website, maybe it doesn't get updated in realtime, so if you did two setups in quick succession the website may have only updated when you completed the first setup.
