The narrow pages are quite annoying and make it feel like I'm reading from a mobile phone. The backgrounds that have nothing to do with GTA are also irritating (I know, that's a Wikia thing). And don't even get me started on the advertisements. I wish Wikia would stop trying to push mobile so much, so the pages aren't so narrow. The ads are a necessary evil in my opinion, they are distracting and annoying as all hell. I remember, when someone added two articles about fake radio stations called Heartbreaking FM (seduction music) and New Generation 69.9 (2010's music). It happened when the GTA V OST was leaking. I just want to change the misinformation that they're clearly passing off as actual information. But it's pretty evident that even if I wanted to add to articles and such, they would just revert it back. If anything, I just wish we could get one of their moderators in here to explain why they're so reluctant to get rid of bad information and cite sources. But clearly that won't happen other than Mortsnag coming to scratch their back. Unless we get more persistent, but that's all I can think of. It's the guy from the wiki again. I don't know why Andre did that, especially considering you actually made a valid point. As you know, I love the wiki and I think that its staff are great people, but yeah, I can see why you're irritated here. I once had a similar problem on the Humane Labs page, but it got protected as well. I'll get in touch with the guy, hopefully get the image removed. Sorry about this. As for all the staff being morons, that just isn't true. They have strengths and weaknesses on the wiki, and I'll admit that one of the weaknesses is that "loose" kind of behavior when it comes to adding questionable info. Once again, sorry for the issue. We delete false info on a daily basis, and have people try to contribute their personal fan art/in-game scenes, and thankfully, most doesn't get through. Now, I said MOST, not all; so that's why a lot of stuff that is incorrect about the series may still be out there. As for the current scenario, I think it's just a thing where, it's been there so long, that it'd be hard to be false. I'm honestly not sure why the situation is what it is. And why aren't they on any other Vice City fansite, like this one? They did a poor job checking the facts then and now they're having a hard time coming to terms with it. Combined with no-one being able to find a source, their authenticity is a bit fishy at the moment, and it would be nice if the folks over at GTA Wikia would care a bit more about this sort of thing - citations, sources 'n that. Still, I'd like to add that this topic shouldn't turn into just venting; discussion purely about single edits/reversions and talk page stuff can stay on GTA Wikia - not saying the current discussion is like that, but it may head that way, so don't end up using it as a dumping ground for venting. Good point, especially since there's more of a snowball's chance in hell than the moderators actually getting back to the point I made considering that he made literally plenty of other unrelated edits between then and now, I guess we can conclude what hambone said, the wikia is managed like Oceania in 1984 and, because the higher-ups are corrupted and care more about their ego than actual factual information, we can't do anything about it but complain.
