Time to bring the Railgun to GTA Online?

Time to bring the Railgun to GTA Online?

...and bring the Buffalo LSPD? Not to mention the cargo plane? And why not animals too? Then maybe stable servers? Oh, and do not forget also accessibility to buildings [FIB building, IAA hospital, Lifeinvader office, etc.]

I know there are some glitches to do it, but with all those overpowered vehicles like the Hydra, Savage and Insurgent, why don't they add the Railgun to Ammu-Nation on GTA Online?

No, we don't need the railgun online.

Why do you say "we"?

Then every run-of-the-mill gangster in LS will have easy access to top secret military superweapons. What could go wrong?

Nothing that hasn't already gone wrong by giving them on-demand access to Tanks, Helicopter Gunships, Fighter Jets and Prison Buses.

EDIT: I support the Railgun in Online. Also the Duke O'Death. And the Blimp. Etc.

Because we've never had any issues with tanks and jets being abused before, have we?

I say not only that but lets bring The Duke'O Death. All it needs is a nerf.

Edit: Also the rail gun should be level locked. Same with the D'oD but be available instant for returning players.

i think they should add it at fort zancodo as a pickup, its a cool weapon but it would basically make all vehicles death traps in freeroam. it could be purchasable but only with no splash damage and reduced impact damage

The Railgun is overpowered, especially in gun fights with other players. One shot, and your ass is toast. If anything, the only ways to decrease the number of players using the weapon is if it's level locked, something like 150, and make the price unfriendly, maybe like $1,000,000.

That's still not that hard to get a hold of. Plenty of high level millionaires now.

Well in that case, the price should be $10,000,000 or higher.

is this a joke or are you actually serious?

The Hydra is as OP as the Lazer, if not less. The Savage can VERY easily get taken down with a Stinger, in fact the Savage is useless when using it for PVP and lastly, the railgun would hardly be any better than the RPG against the Insurgent as it has less damage.

Sure they have a lot of firepower, but two of the three you said can get shot down by an AR, and the other one has multiple ways of being destroyed. The Homing Launcher is good enough. Not to mention people would just walk around with the Railgun and blast everyone with ease.

I support it. I don't really care about OP'ness...

But for those that do, maybe a max of 5 shots? In Red Dead, the explosive rifle (basically same exact gun) had a max of 5 shots.

yeah but for someone to lock onto you flying past in a heli/jet and 1 shot you out of the sky or you drive passed on your way to (insert random crap here) and you get your car blown up from 1 shot its pretty dumb. Especially considering the shot travels as fast as a bullet. I mean why have plane or helis in the game with this gun they all become paper weights.

Seems like most people ITT want it so they can feel the power but I bet all my money that the second they get in their hydra and get taken down without a sniff at a kill and they would be crying on the forums calling for a swift nerf

Because we means more than one silly. You think that he is alone in feeling this way?
