Help gta5 xbox one marketplace

I have been trying to figure this out for a long time now, hours on end using google only to find nothing of relevance to what I want.

 

Can someone help,

 

1. I had gta5 on xbox360, I transferred my online player last night when I downloaded gta5 from the xb1 marketplace after purchasing

2. I didn't get any special edition content transferred
3. I want to see if there is any options to get other content(I remember it never forced you to download content in the story mode xbox marketplace) however when going into it, it says nothing is available.
4. Are there any packs etc I can buy/download for free? eg old updates they released, because I cant seem to find ANYTHING(Not even blimp) in game and it is really annoying me.

5. is there a reason/part of the story I need to go through to get the xbox marketplace(Store) working in gta5 so I can see what things i have installed, like how xbox360 had(Installed, Available) etc.

 

In ammunition every gun that is from the special edition etc says (Visit the market place for more)
