[PS4] Karin Kuruma Armored Nerfed!?!?!?!?

As im sure people know the Armored Kuruma is a very strong vehicle. I got it as soon as it came out and it is a beast against bullets! Today me and some friends got killed but a assault rifle whilst on the vehicle. When it first came to the game we did tests on all windows and you could not be killed. But i swear R* nerfed it now as ive been killed several times by an assault rifle in this car. Anyone else realize the change?

Nope, I was playing missions with this car this morning and did not get killed at all by NPC's so I do not believe it

has been nerfed.

I think few days ago some people found it has been nerfed alongside with the Insurgent.

because my best friend in game showed me how he managed to claim a bounty on me while hiding

in my car.

I know how to kill people in it also but they killed me by shooting through main front window

I think some vehicles have higher stats in missions vs in freeroam, Insurgent pickups truck doesn't seem as kick ass in freeroam.

Sticky bomb/RPG It's not a secret, what noob would worry about using autoaim rifle on a bulletproof car with a slight weak spot when you can just free aim RPG...

I was wondering this as well. I got killed by a guy with an assault rifle yesterday while I was simply driving by as if i was in a normal car but my Kuruma hadn't taken any previous damage.

Bullets go through those small window holes. They always did.

Blowing them up cost money and is the 'easy' way of doing things. Basically, no kill is worth that much to me and i don't want to cheapen the kill with a explosive.. And the fact that no one in the Kuruma can blow you up means you don't have to worry about stickies.. Which means you can play with the Kuruma till you get a shot in.

 

 

Also i use free aim. But if i did use auto aim, kill them would be alot easier.

glad it got nerfed. tired of getting ran over by some bulky neon colored armoured box, and the only way to get rid of it being a rpg or a sticky bomb, then having to pay the insurance... f*ck that car.

Taking down a Kuruma driver is the same for taking down a woman, AIM FOR THE SLIT AND FIRE!!!!

been this way since I first got it last week, there is this thing called aiming, NPC's will not hit you, provided you keep moving, but other players can get you no problem with a gun provided they know how to aim, sorry free aim.

Actually it didn't get nerfed i went on a killing rampage with it yesterday and had thousands of bullets hit me and it didn't even hurt me and my friend

They weren't nerfed. It had been a misunderstanding. Vehicles perform differently in heists than free roam when it comes to defenses. That's why it was thought there was a nerf.
