money bag glitch?

i noticed when you start up a mission by the house where the christmas trees spawn the map will take a while to load and you cannot pull out weapons or anything no directions or objectives appear but you can pull out a weapon from your vehicle and when you exit the vehicle the weapon you will have that from that vehicle you can kill your heist crew (the game thinks its freeroam) and when they die and respawn they will have the heist bag from the bank job on their backs. as far as i know this only happens during the series A mission from trevor where you steal the insurgents from the farm, but what i want to know is if you can somehow save this bag somehow and bring it into freeroam?

Yeah, there is this one apartment that often has a bunch of christmas trees outside in public lobbys.

I've also noticed the x-mas trees outside my apartment during certain heists.

I think there is a glitch to have the duffle bag saved onto your character. It should be the same one that lets you wear the police uniform and garbage collector uniform.
