Patiance in lobbies

Why does nobody have any patience when joining for heists, especially setup missions.

 

Countless times I'd have someone join, wait maybe 30 seconds, then leave. Only for another to join a minute after the 1st left.

 

It's pretty frustrating, after the All In Order challange is done I'll stick to being a member not leader.

I'm pretty patient but I've waited up to 5 mintues waiting for that 1 last person to join. You do have to give it some time but there are alot of invites going out. I just wish joining a heist from your phone would put me in something other than 'scope out' This way we wouldn't all have to wait for a random invite.

Well we could go into the intricacies of an instant gratification society, children being raised with games and videos as babysitters etc. Or just say bitches be inpatient.

Because I'll wait 3-5 minutes, but I value how I spend my time. Spending 10 minutes in a lobby that aint filling is how I like spending that time.

I honestly waited over thirty minutes and couldn't get a full lobby. I even had people wait with me for close to 10 minutes but I can't blame then for leaving after that. The matchmaking is what is ridiculous. I spent more time in loading/lobby screens than I did playing last night. It was more than annoying.

When I know I can spare the few hours, I will wait it out, having the laptop next to me helps and reading a magazine.

I wait 10 minutes. If nobody else has joined I assume something is f*ckey. The longest I've waited was 45 minutes. Never again. Yesterday I did on call heists and made 750k in 3 hours. Not bad.

Gta is the only game that I do other sh*t while playing the game. The matchmaking sucks ass. It won't be fixed until gta6, if at all.

I can live with a few bad match makings. What REALLY pisses me off is when someone can't listen to the mission instructions. I was the prisoner in the Prison heist. Some level 23 jerk off kept honking at me to get on the back of his Sanchez. So I do it to get some peace. It was obvious that he really tried driving decently, but he sucked at it nevertheless. Before we got to the bus, I had lost all my armor and half my life bar. And then in an act of sheer genius, this tool thought we should go into the prison, with no bus, and guns blazing. Failed mission. These heist missions were created with finesse, planning and teamwork in mind. It seems to me, that it's completely lost on 80% of people I play with.
