Did Rockstar Support bail?

Reading the support page forum for the past few days, I haven't seen any post with a Rockstar Reply. Even my ticket I filled out a couple days ago hasn't been touched yet. I wonder with all the server issues, and flood of people complaining that they just bailed, and took a week off to get away from everything?

First ticket I looked at was answered by a Rockstar support employee 11 minutes ago.

Whenever I contact Rockstar I get the V.I.P. treatment, meaning usually when I call I get an agent right away or if I submit a ticket that bitch is answered within minutes no more than an hour.

They were excellent last year when I had issues, they replied and solved within 10 minutes.

I've been waiting a few days to hear back on one of mine now. I'm patient though, I'm sure they'll get to it.

I waited 2 weeks for my issue to get resolved until I mentioned I wanted a refund.

See, lately I've been noticing they've been much quicker and more thorough when replying to/dealing with individual, one-on-one support tickets and requests - conversely, I've never really seen them responding to the public forum posts that often.

From personal experience, I recommend going to the /requests/new route, rather than just starting a new public topic, because they've basically got to deal with it until they can adequately mark it 'resolved' - and that also means that, should they do so and the solution to your problem isn't sufficient, it's easy enough just to re-open it with a new reply.

Main thing is to be clear, thorough, and polite. Basic diplomacy - you could be quite-rightfully RAGING about something, but start venting about "f*ck this sh*t!" or "how dare u!" or whatever, and ...you're probably not going to get timely, useful assistance!
