Which is the hardest heist setup/finale with randoms for you?

I have no qualms about kicking people from a job, or leaving a job that I think someone else should be kicked from. I usually stay until the first plane/chopper crash, and in prison break, until the first parachuting accident.

Yeah I am talking about myself on pc got no friends so I let randoms join me this so depressing for me

NULL AND VOID

Act 1: Signal Intercepts (Deluxos)

This one has caused me by far the most pain as of late. Sometimes taking 1 to 2 hours to complete the mission. There are too many places to fail. Giving these randumbs a deluxo? And they gotta go on the water and all kinds of flying. Please they cant even read the instructions at the bottom of the screen...

This mission I want to cry watching them destroy the jet etc etc when it clearly says not too. Wtf don't you understand about Hack the Target? The more I ask people to be careful in the mission the wackier they get. So I literally have to act dumb af like I don't care either. You gotta use dumbass reversed psychology on these Neanderthals...

Today's winner is EMP delivery - except I was the only random with a group of 3 n00b friends.

So, I joined a random heist setup on call: Humane Raid - EMP (hydra mission)

We made it through the lower deck with relative ease, and I proceed to the flight deck and take off with the Hydra. After killing most of the jets, I realized the other 3 were lost on the ship (not sure how, they were in front of me until I took the stairs to the flight deck), so I offered to come back but they told me to just go ahead and finish the mission, which I did.

They invited me for next mission: Valkyrie, went relatively smooth. I used a Kuruma, arrived at the chopper first because the other 3 were too busy crashing their supercars into the traffic, but they eventually made it to the chopper, we killed all the enemy choppers and made it to the destination, no drama.

Then we have to deliver the EMP. At this point I realize I'm the random with a crew of real life buddies who were either very tired, very drunk, or both.

They kept sounding the alarm one after another until I thought they were all trolling.

Some notable fails:

- one guy starts spraying a suppressed SMG at the 2 guards next to the Insurgent. He actually kills both of them (no headshots though), but he hits the insurgent and the bullet impacts alert a scientist.

- we agreed not to kill the Merryweather guard in his Insurgent but let him drive out. Except one guy was afk, came back, and took a shot at the Insurgent instead of hiding.

- after about 10 fails, they agree to let me lead, but I alerted a scientist because a guard had his weapon's safety off when I shot him. I was not allowed to lead again.

- next try, one of them takes our Insurgent and tries to run over the remaining guards as we're halfway done killing everone.

What did I learn from this? Heist with 4 randoms all you like, but don't be the random with a crew of 3 friends.

Most of my random heist failures occur when I'm the random and the other 3 are friends (one is always bound to be a n00b).

Somehow I'm more succesful with actual randoms who don't invite their n00b friends.

Honorable mention: Any old heist finale where the host gives all the randoms 10% and takes 70% for himself. Usually, they get exactly what they pay for.
